DATA CONTROLLER FOR THE PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

GRUPO LANDOT, S.A. DE C.V., and/or through its affiliated entities, including: (1) Landot Inmobiliario, S.A. de C.V., (2) Landot Arquitectónico, S.A. de C.V., and (3) Landot Productions, S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter referred to as the “Entities”), with address at Avenida Vía Magna number 19, 5th Floor, Manzana II, Lot 5, Huixquilucan, State of Mexico, Postal Code 52785, is responsible for collecting and processing your personal data in accordance with the provisions of Article 16, second paragraph, of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States; Articles 2, sections I and XIV, 15, 41, and 44, section III, of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), and its corresponding Articles 23 and 26 of the Regulations.

II. II. WHAT PERSONAL DATA WILL WE USE?

Personal data requested from Clients of GRUPO LANDOT, S.A. DE C.V. and/or its Entities

NATURAL PERSON(S):

1. Identification data: Full name, marital status, age, gender, place and date of birth, Federal Taxpayer Registry (R.F.C.), Unique Population Registry Code (CURP), passport number, photograph, handwritten and/or electronic signature, data contained in voter identification card, passport, and data contained in certificates issued by the Civil Registry (birth, adoption, marriage, and death).

2. Contact data: Address, proof of address details, email, landline and/or mobile phone.

3. Patrimonial or financial data: Account number, account type, CLABE account number, information related to assets, rights, charges or obligations susceptible to economic valuation, such as movable and immovable property; credit history, bank account numbers, data contained in the tax status certificate.

4. Sensitive data: Additionally, the following personal data considered sensitive will be requested: union affiliation, fingerprint, photographic image of your face, or video recordings in which your facial image appears.

LEGAL ENTITY(IES):

1. Identification data: Corporate or business name, trade name, place and date of incorporation, Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC), and Electronic Commercial Folio (FME), or, where applicable, Legal Entity Folio (FPM). Likewise, the Articles of Incorporation and notarial instruments that evidence corporate modifications, as well as those related to the appointment of attorneys or legal representatives. Likewise, the handwritten and/or electronic signature of the legal representatives with valid powers, accompanied by the corresponding valid official identification (voter ID, passport, etc.).

2. Contact data: Address, proof of address details, email (preferably institutional or under a domain that helps identify the client), landline and/or mobile phone of a direct contact within the company.

3. Patrimonial or financial data: Account number, account type, CLABE account number, information related to assets, rights, charges or obligations susceptible to economic valuation, such as movable and immovable property; credit history, bank account numbers, data contained in the tax status certificate.

4. Sensitive data: Additionally, the following personal data considered sensitive will be requested: fingerprint of the legal representative(s) with sufficient authority to execute legal acts, photographic image of their faces, or video recordings in which their facial image appears.

Personal data requested from Suppliers of GRUPO LANDOT, S.A. DE C.V. and/or its Entities

NATURAL PERSON(S):

1. Identification data: Full name, gender, place of birth, Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC), Unique Population Registry Code (CURP), passport number, handwritten and/or electronic signature, data contained in voter identification card, passport, social security number, data contained in birth certificate, and data contained in immigration forms in case of foreigners.

2. Contact data: Address, proof of address details, email, landline and/or mobile phone.

3. Patrimonial or financial data: Account number, account type, CLABE account number; data contained in the tax status certificate.

For suppliers contracted to perform specialized services, the following will also be requested: I.- tax compliance opinion,, II. social security compliance opinion, III. INFONAVIT compliance opinion, IV. registration number in the Registry of Specialized Service Providers.

For suppliers contracted to perform construction works: I. registration number in the SIROC system. 4. Sensitive data: Additionally, fingerprint of the right index finger will be requested.

LEGAL ENTITY(IES):

(Same structure as above, applied to suppliers, maintaining identification, contact, financial, and sensitive data including fingerprints and facial images.)

III. FOR WHAT PURPOSES WILL WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
In accordance with Article 16 of the LFPDPPP and Articles 26 and 27 of its Regulations, your personal data will be used for the following purposes:

1. To provide construction, property management, purchase, sale, leasing, and/or lodging services requested by you;

2. To contract services or purchase goods necessary for the company’s operations;

3. To register you as a supplier in the PORTAL LANDOT platform;

4. To establish commercial relationships;

5. To offer information and/or promotions regarding services;

6. To send documentation to Public Notaries for legal formalization;

7. To integrate records for clients, suppliers, or candidates, verify identity, and carry out administrative processes;

8. To document operations, including the use of images when applicable.

Your information will not be used for advertising, marketing, or commercial prospecting purposes beyond those stated herein.

IV. WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA AND FOR WHAT PURPOSES?

Your personal data may be shared with:

  • PORTAL LANDOT (https://landot.softr.app/), acting as data processor
  • Public Notaries, for legal evaluation and formalization

Consent is required for certain transfers. If you do not express your refusal, consent will be understood as granted.

You may indicate refusal by signing accordingly.

IV. HOW CAN YOU ACCESS, RECTIFY, CANCEL, OR OPPOSE THE USE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA (ARCO RIGHTS)?

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Request rectification
  • Request cancellation
  • Oppose its use

  • Requesting and completing the ARCO form
  • Providing identification
  • Submitting documentation within 48 hours
  • Receiving acknowledgment with case number
  • Response within 20 business days (extendable)
  • Execution within 15 additional business days if applicable

Data delivery will be free of charge unless reproduction or shipping costs apply.
